Richard of luck (* 22 April 1889 in Odenkirchen/Moenchengladbach; "† 10. May 1945 in Flensburg, Suizid) was starting from November 1939 directors/conductors of the inspection of the concentration camps first in the of the weapon SS, starting from March 1942 in SS-economy and administrative principal office. In the utility position of an inspector of the concentration camps it was directly responsible superiors of all KZ-commanders and thus to end of war for all crimes committed in the concentration camps.

Two days after the unconditional surrender killed itself luck to 10. May 1945 in the naval military hospital Flensburg with a cyanide potash cap.
