The realm tax listing of 1241 the precarie civitatum et villarum ("request to cities and places ") is one of the few medieval documents, the information gives over the organization of king territory and realm property in pilot Fischer time.

By king Konrad IVTH (1237-1254) cities, managements, basic rule, were assessed Jew municipalities, probably with annual regularity and on basis pilotfish Prokurationen (as regional administrative units in the king territory). The list contains reductions of taxes and - releases, orders to pay among other things to the realm giving Konrad von Winterstetten ("† probably 1242/43) give an idea of "record keeping "to the royal fiscal administration.

Frankfurt/Main, Hagenau and Gelnhausen stood with 250 and/or 200 Marks of taxes at the point of the cities and offices, which had to exhaust this achievement to the king. 20 Marks, the Jew municipalities paid the customs agency and Pfalz Kaiserswerth even there and in Berne, Esslingen at the Neckar, Konstanz or between 2 and 40 Marks. Villingen paid in accordance with the list an amount of 42 Marks "for the expenditures of the king "and ranked thereby with its treasury rate rather in the lower third pilotfishes king cities, from which often, but not always realm cities should become.
