The real estates Austrian Traded index (IATX) is a share index of the Viennese stock exchange.

The IATX was developed by the Viennese stock exchange and is constantly calculated and published on days with stock broking. The index contains the shares of the 15 (conditions 3 January 2006) most important real estate enterprises of Austria. There is the shares of the most important to the Viennese stock exchange noted real estate securities.

The ATX started to 2. 1999 at 155,47 points. By constant value development and a clearly smaller of real estate securities are comparable these enterprises not with other in the ATX contained and form their own index.
