In the USA the Polizeigewalt is distributed on many different levels of the system. Thus it occurs again and again since the 1980ern that in the capital of the United States police car travels and police employments are not called off to take place or, because enough money is not e.g. even in the cash, in order to refuel the employment vehicles, or that no money for the ammunition which can be used during the shooting training is present.

The Kriminalpolizei is a department within the MPDC. It is responsible for all criminal offences with exception of the fire determinations. Fire determinations are noticed, as common in the USA in almost all large cities, of firefighters with police powers and police auxiliary training and not of policemen. These firefighters are usually also armed. So also with the Fire and Emergency Medical services department (FEMS), which has to fight with the same financial problems as the police. Vermont has to be the advantage, already for decades the US-American state with the lowest crime rate. Accordingly the police is there set up.

Navajo nation

A characteristic is the reservation police of the Navajo nation reservation (Arizona). The police is paid by the federation.
