In the year 1992 a Argentinier created its own autofactory in Modena named Horacio Pagani, which worked before at Lamborghini as a Composite specialist (carbon processing) and at Ferrari. The good knowledge of the lightweight construction material and likewise of it the 1992 company Horacio Pagani Composite Research was basis for a good beginning.

Horacios a goal was it the ultimative sports cars to create - the Pagani Zonda was born.
