Hard Kamitz (* 18. June 1907 in city, "† 9. August 1993 in Vienna) be a Austrian politician.

Kamitz joined 1940 the NSDAP and applied also for admission with the SS (the standard, from 24 January 2005; Falter 27/2005 from 6 July 2005).

Admits became it as a non-party Minister of Finance, who it it under the government Julius Raab in the time of 1952 - 1960 belonged. He was subsequently, until 1968 a president of the Austrian central bank.

Its political career fell into the time of the occupied country and into the time after the convention. This was the time of the upswing in Austria. The Raab Kamitz course became legendary, in which it applied as an advocate of the hard currency politics. In addition, the reduction of the single taxation and the liberalisation were basis of its program.
