The Prime standard is the permission segment for enterprises at the Frankfurt stock exchange, which want to position itself internationally.

In Prime the standard corporations must over the measure general standard going out international transparency requirements fulfill. In addition belong:

  • Quarter way reporting in German and English language
  • Application of international accounting standards (IFRS/IAS or US-GAAP)
  • Publication of an enterprise calendar
  • Execution at least a Analystenkonferenz per year
  • Ad-hoc-reports also in English language

The permission to Prime the standard is a condition for the admission into the selection indices of the German stock exchange like the DAX.
