Poor Germany is the official press organ of the anarchist Pogopartei Germany (APPD) with irregular feature rotation.

For the first time it appeared in the middle of the 80's. A goal of the magazine was always it to polarize and to spread completely different opinion to the social happening. The edition and the spreading degree of arm Germany can be determined with difficulty, since the copies appear usually as copyable collecting mains, which were continued to multiply by the readers.

Arm Germany in the apron of the election to the Bundestag had its weddings 1998 and in each case to the Chaos Days.

After splitting the party into APPD and a Pogo party arm Germany runs in the Pogo party under the name Asoziale round-continues to look (ACRE) in the past appearance.
