Pierre Jules Boulanger (* 10. March 1885 in Sin le Noble; "† 11 November 1950) was a French development engineer and chairman of the board of the company

After the emigration into the USA in the year 1908 he finds work at an electricity company, later in an architect's office.

1911 it created a building contractor in Canada.

During the First World War it served as a flighter pilot.

1919 occur 1922 the company Michelin and rise into the management auf.1934 change it to the company where he becomes 1937 chairmen of the board.

On 11 November 1950 he dies to tax of a test vehicle on the national route 7 Paris/Clermont Ferrand in an accident. It is considered to the "duck in such a way specified" as the mental father of the 2CVs.
