PFITA designates a 5-Sichten-Modell for the holistic description, analysis and organization of business processes the inclusive pertinent information, uses and infrastructure.

PFITA makes thereby a framework available, which suggests basic conditions and all necessary information regarded, documentation forms and uses different analysis methods, in order holistic, lasting and business efficient and effective business processes to arrange.

Substantial element is the feasibility of the concept compiled after PFITA. This is placed surely in form of a rough implementation plan, evaluated risks and a Potenzialen, implementation and running costs and strategic criteria.

Goals

The use of PFITA e.g. in the context of a consulting process has the goal of conceiving and of evaluating substantial changes in one or more current business processes.

Secondary objectives of the following:

• Stabilization of internal IT-organizations in enterprises and companies to the Mitgestalter of the core business processes and supporting processes
• Establishment of process orientation in the enterprise
• Implementation of strategic defaults and architectures (e.g. Process architecture, IT-architecture)

Philosophy

The philosophy of the 5-Sichten-Modells consists of regarding a business and/or business problem holistic.

This holistic guarantees that on the one hand substantial technical improvements lead to process improvements and changes during business processes at the same time to structured changes in supporting services (e.g. IT-applications) leads.

History

PFITA is based on different beginnings and methods of process orientation, - optimization and - modelling.

For the first time PFITA was given 2001 of the AUDI AG in order. 2005 began the introduction on the entire Volkswagen company.
