The magazine Persona Non Grata became in February 1990 in Leipzig von Tom weber (eigentl. Thomas's weber) and Baatzsch based and by the association of the same name every three months one gives change. The png sees itself not least to the critical music journalism obligated, treated however not excluding these topics.

The png does not understand itself to gain thereby as an as independently as possible acting instrument, which must finance a part of production costs over advertisement, however as a registered association larger profits may. Thus a selling price low for extent and equipment of the booklet is guaranteed.

To the booklets clay/tone carrier is usually attached - of the simple CD over Vinylsingles up to the LP since 1999. The labels represented on it are selected by the editorship and introduced and supported with articles in the respective booklet. Png understands the Independent thought with the fact in such a manner that as smaller, (still) unknown, in any case however high-quality and important a disk companies as possible are to be brought to hearing.

Since 2001 dedicates itself the png strengthens to the present-literary work. Thus once writers come in an interview and/or by means of cutouts of their published or yet not printed texts to word per expenditure. Additionally - as counterweight to the musical review part - a small selection is discussed by books.

Also graphically and formatively png wants to be responsible. For the Cover aesthetics the commercial artist P.M. Hoffmann is responsible, the layout created Markus mass man.

15 years after the establishment, in the autumn 2005, the booklet was thus driven out for the first time Germany far by wholesalers. Since that time it is to be referred at stations and airports.

Edition Persona Non Grata

Beside the regular booklet Persona Non Grata appear different publications from the png surrounding field in the so-called edition. For example:
