Pedro Flores is a Philippine immigrant of the USA. It brought its Yo-Yo along and created 1928 a company of this name for the production of Yo-Yos.Flores sold its company at Donald F. to Duncan. In the 30's it left Duncan, created the Bandalore company and produced again own Yo-Yos. After the Second World War it developed the Chico Yo-Yo company as well as Joe Radovan.

In Chico today national the Yo-Yo Museum.Pedro Flores stands as the first Yo-Yo-guru is regarded.
