Payment means the transmission of a payment, a gift or a donation - usually for a goods delivery, a service or hiring of Rechten.Die payment of an invoice amount is part of the fulfilment of a contract in accordance with the BGB.

The date of payment is agreed upon the end of the period up to the date of payment, by the terms of payment. During premature payment or pre-payment a discount deduction can be offered.
