Paul Hermann Martin Sudeck (*24. December 1866 in Pinneberg; "† 1945) were a Hamburg surgeon.

Sudeck attained a doctorate 1890 in peppering castle, got a Assistenzstelle at the general hospital in Hamburg Eppendorf and became 1919 extraordinary professor. 1923 he got a place as a director of the surgical hospital of the university clinic Hamburg.
