Otto Hofmann (* 16. March 1896 in Innsbruck; "† 31 December 1982 in bath Mergentheim) was a boss SS-race and settlement principal office during the time of the national socialism.

Hofmann took part from 1940 to 1943 in leading function to the Germanisierungspolitik on the territory of Poland and the Soviet Union. It was responsible for the race examination, in whose consequence inhabitants of the occupied areas of their country were driven out and Germans were settled there, for kidnapping Polish children to Germany and for the SS-Sippenpflege. To the when sea-conference Hofmann with reproduction demanded the sterilization of the half-breeds.
