Referring to the necessity for operating instructions result e.g. from the rules for the prevention of accidents of the professional associations (UVV and/or now BGV A1 "§ 2), from the industrial safety law (ArbSchutzG "§"§ 4, 9 exp. 1 and 12 exp. 1), from the working reliability regulation (BetrSichV "§ 9), from the bio material regulation (BioStoffV "§ 12) and from the dangerous material regulation (GefStoffV "§ 14).
In these sources "only" suitable regulations are partly required, prescribed in the GefStoffV however an operating instruction with the headings indicated here from 1 to 7 over a technical rule dangerous materials (TRGS 555).
