Open human Resources registered association (EAR) is an initiative to the development and use of open interfaces and open SOURCE solutions in the personnel management.

It develops concepts such as business processes in the personnel management to be represented can. It uses above all open SOURCE.

Projects

Several projects are operated by EAR:

• the software ear worm, a search machine over free interfaces (SOAP, RSS, CSV, E-Mail, HTML) the job advertisements indicates.
• HRjobs a software for publishing job advertisements
• the Best Practice tips, a collection of cases of problem and solutions
