The euro (EUR or "€) is the common currency from at present 12 European states in the European union. The euro coins have two different sides: A common, European side, which show the and a national side with a motive, which was selected by the country, in which the coin was coined/shaped. • 2005: Grand Duke Henri and Grand Duke Adolphe

Cause is the 50. Birthday of Grand Duke Henri and the 100. Day of death of Grand Duke Adolphe. The two monarchs with the inscriptions "HENRI" and "*1955" are shown, as well as "ADOLPHE" and" "† 1905 ".
