Noguchi Hideyo (jap. Noguchi Hideyo; * 9 November 1876, "† 21. May 1928) was a Japanese bacteriologist, micro biologist and a physician. Noguchi succeeded 1911 for the first time the pure breeding of the Syphiliserregers. Besides it researched over the exciters of the child paralysis, rabies and the yellow fever. He was suggested 1914 and 1915 for the Medizinnobelpreis. Noguchi died in Accra (Ghana) at the yellow fever.

Haven-guesses/advises Noguchis is on the new 1000-Yen-Schein, which the bank OF Japan spends since at the end of of 2004.
