Nikolai Alexandrowitsch Wtorow (soot. ; wiss. Transliteration Nikolaj Alexandrovic Vtorov; * 1866; "† 1918) were a Russian large-scale manufacturer and the richest man of Russia before the October Revolution. Its fortune became estimated on 60 million gold rouble (approx. 660 million US Dollar).

The father of Wtorow was a buyer from Irkutsk and left Nikolai and its brother a fortune of 13.6 million rouble. 1897 pulled Wtorow to Moscow, where he created a network of trading firms named "sons A.F.Wtorows", which controlled soon a majority of the trade with Siberia. Wtorow bought up dozens of banks and societies. Later it entered into the arms industry and metalworking and possessed some large manufacturing plants in the Donbass area. Wtorow created the factory electrical valley, as well as that country-wide first work of chemical coloring means. Together with the businessman Rjabuschinski it created also the first automobile work "AMO", which was renamed in the Soviet Union in "ZIL" and trucks manufactured. At present Wtorow booked the First World War by defense contracts large profits.

After the October Revolution it stated its loyalty to the Bolsheviks, however in May 1918 with unsettled circumstances was killed.
