New present - magazine for medium journalism is a several times distinguished German on-line magazine, which from bridge-expect since 4 July 1998 one gives change. By 31 January 2006 it carried the title "the present. On-line magazine for medium journalism".

The magazine concerns itself in mono topic tables expenditures with medium topics. In each expenditure authors publish their medium-critical reports, essays and glosses from the topic fields politics, society, science, economics, culture and foreign country. The medium journalism is the center of attention. In each expenditure experts from science or practice come to word, whom judge the topic from their fields of activity.

On 22 June 2004 publishers and founder bridge-expect for its magazine with the Grimme on-line Award for journalistic quality in the net distinguished, to 2. To March 2004 it received the Lead Award in gold, to 9. March 2005 the Lead Award in silver.
