The nature park Rhine Taunus is a nature park with a surface of well 81,000 hectares in Hessen.

The park surface is wooded to approximately 60% and is in the typical central mountain landscape on the Rhine and in the Taunus directly at the edge of the population centre Rhine Main.

In the park range approximately 600 km of moving ways are proven. The visitor center in Idstein counts about 200,000 park visitors annually.

A well-known trip goal is e.g. the 619 m high collection of the Hallgartener pliers as lookout point.
