The LTH national trust place Rhineland-Palatinate in Mainz is as department of the LRP Landesbank Rhineland-Palatinate legally, but economically independent. It is entrusted with the task to convert the advancement programs on the area of the housing and town construction. Carrier of the promotion is the country Rhineland-Palatinate. The LTH was created 1949 as funds-in-trust for mortgage liens and integrated 1960 into the again created LRP.

Tasks

The LTH assigns it with the conveyances transferred on trust from the country in particular building loans, expenditure loans and subsidies for

• the building or purchase from residential property to private use

The country supports the building and acquisition of homes of one's own and/or free-hold flats with interest-favorable national loans or at subsized interests capital market loans. The height of the loans depends owners on the household size and the household income. Owners and buyers, who do not exceed the revenue limits graduated after household size, are request-entitled.

• the building of flat lets for rent

The country promotes the new building of flat lets for rent. The program offers for the owners differ in particular after the income of the tenants, for whom the dwellings are built. From this basic decision the hoisting depth determines itself.

• the modernization of residential property and flat lets for rent

The advancement program covers capital investment grants and at subsized interests capital market loans at owners. A dwelling even used is promoted, if the income of the applicant and its household member does not exceed a certain income. A promoted flat let for rent may not exceed a certain renting upper limit after conclusion of the work.
