The modular work time is a work time model. The work time is summarized into time blocks, modules in such a way specified. These modules are divided independently among themselves by the employees. Some defaults of the employer must be kept. These defaults can determine among other things the number of coworkers per module.

The model of the modular work time can be realized on basis by full and part-time job. Partial time workers can be built with this model relatively problem-free into the schedule.

In order this model at all to realize to be able is it necessarily the work load and the necessary coworker strength resulting from it to be known. Further advantages arise as a result of the freedom of election of the work times from the coworkers. Problematic is however the occupation of unpopular modules.
