Mehano is a Slovenian manufacturer of model railways and play goods, whose selling was established since end of the 90's also in Germany. In the program high-speed courses are like the Thalys, the TGV or the AVE, as well as many US-American locomotives, cars and streetcars.

Since 2000 Mehano produces now also models with German or European model in the elevated Preisklasse and with excellent Detailierung and processing - the "prestige" - series. The most well-known model is e.g. the Blue tiger. Further models are the G2000, Class 66, euro printer, Class 51, V160 "Lollo", HLD 77, Euromed.

The models are offered both for two-leader direct current, and for the neutral conductor alternating current system. Occasionally Mehano offered also remarks for Trix to express.

Admits became Mehano particularly by the low-priced starting sets, which are sold to the Christmas season over ALDI. The quality of the starting sets is however disputed and in the execution with the "prestige" - models not comparable; the models contained in the starting sets are partially very highly simplified remarks.
