The MX 6 was a model of the car manufacturer Mazda.

9/91 debut of the on the IAA Frankfurt basis was the 626-Limousine. Drive, chassis and platform were related to Ford sample, for which by Mazda as well as the MX-6 and the US-626 in the USA one built.

02/92 took place the introduction on the market. Two engines: 2,0-Liter-16V with 115 HP and 2,5-Liter-V6-24V with 165 HP, ABS in series. Base price: 40,500 DM (16V). In January 1993 top model V6 24V 4WS: All wheel steering element for improved curve stability (rear wheels speed-dependently to the front wheels guided). Price: 51,750 DM.

In September 1995 a changed V6-Motor with 163 HP replaced the predecessor model.

1997 were adjusted production.
