The product range covers among other things Notebooks, monitors, PC and server. Addresses max DATA with their commodity excluding specialist dealers (indirect selling model). • The Peacock AG buys 1997 max DATA. Subsidiaries in Great Britain and in the Netherlands.
• 1998 sales of Peacock at Actebis
• Production of Vobis buys 1999 max DATA. Restructuring to max DATA the AG. Subsidiary in France.
• 2002 subsidiaries in Spain and Poland.
• 2003 the max DATA share becomes certified the standardstandard standard. Max DATA continues to expand its international selling activities: A new national company in Italy takes up the business.
• Competitive ability secures 2004 occupation pact: The coworkers agree an extension of the work time on 41 hours per week with same content and do without on two days vacation. Firm founder Holger Lampatz leaves the enterprise holds however 20.90% of the shares
