Matsushita Electric Industrial CO., Ltd. (jap. a Japanese electronics company with seat is in Osaka, Japan. The company global operating sells its products under the label name Panasonic (which is at the same time the world-wide core label name and name of the company in the public), Technics (Hi-Fi component), national (electrical household appliances, only in Japan and China), quasar (TVs, VCRs, microwave ovens, only in the USA) and NAis (until 1 April 2004 for factory automation)

Matsushita was created in March 1918 from Konosuke Matsushita and converted in December 1935 into a registered company. The annual turnover to 31.
