Under certain conditions investors have the same interests concerning an investment project, so that they can agree on a certain financing form of their common project. This runs out on the fact that the market value to base of the enterprise is maximized.

The conditions for a market value-maximizing investment decision essentially are:

1. perfect capital market,
2. valid Spanning condition,
3. valid Competitivity condition and
4. monotonous rising use function of the individual investors.
