Management teachings unite the two fields of knowledge marketing and management and organization psychology to application orientated didactical concepts.

  • Japanese influences resulted from the competition pressure of the Asians on the world market for manufactured products. Here particularly in the quality management and in the process organization Japanese concepts became generally accepted.

Management (management) is a professional task. Against a common opinion that a good specialist can lead also an enterprise, it should to leading enterprise (social system) also adequate training belong. Here the dilemma, Managen is means the completion of tasks, this is possible also without humans. Organization psychology always means the view of humans. Both is to be regarded separately.

Five ranges from key qualifications for managers (vgl. Sarges (1990) S.165ff):

  • Technical qualification (thing)
  • Conceptional qualification (objective)
  • Methodical qualification (realization)
  • Kommunikative qualification (handling humans)
  • Social responsibility (moral and ethics)
