Ludwig Heinrich of the Jakobs (* 26 February 1759 in Wettin; "† 22 July 1827 in with resounds to A.D. Saale) was a state scientist, a philosopher, an economist, a writer and a corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Sciences (1810).

It visited the High School since 1773 in resounds and studied since 1777 philology at the there university. In the year 1781 it received an employment as Gymnasiallehrer in resounds. After the 1785 graduation and Habilitation took place became Jakob 1787 professor at the university resound, 1806 at the University of Charkow. 1809 it was member of a finance committee for the drawing up of a "draft of a Criminalgesetzbuches for the Russian realm". it turned 1816 after resounds back.
