Lineol is a manufacturer of mass figures.

History

The Lineol corporation was created 1906 by Oskar William rewood. Already since 1903 it developed the mass necessary for which contains linseed oil and tree resin contrary to the mass of the competitor Elastolin also.

After the Second World War the company took production rapidly, since the production plants were hardly damaged. Starting from 1957 now the enterprise in Dresden, firmierende under Lineol VEB plastics up to the attitude of production produced 1963 Spielzeugsoldaten of the NVA.

Beside the old figure models the company develops also new model and sheet metal vehicles. The figures consist today of an injection moulding plastic with a yellowish-brown colouring.
