Liese Prokop (* 27. March 1941 in Vienna) is a Austrian politician She is an acting interior minister of the country. Before its career as a politician she was a successful light athlete.

With the olympic plays 1968 in Mexico city it reached the silver medal in the five-fight behind its Bezwingerin, the German Ingrid Mickler Becker.
