A high level of employment is

The goal of the high level of employment justifies itself

• in personal aspects (psychological and personal disadvantages by unemployment),
• in political aspects (level of employment is success indicator of an economic policy),
• in economic aspects (high costs of unemployment, loss at tax receipts etc.)
• as well as in social aspects (indirect effects on the society);
• in addition, by injury of socio-political goals like "liberty clearance of the particular", "social justice", "social peace", "social security" and "promotion of the prosperity").
