Le Bouca is a French cheese from raw goat milk. Bouca means in the dialect of its region goat support; the cheese actually smells strongly, however after milk.
Le Bouca is brought in into the trade, which have a diameter of seven centimeters and are about four centimeters high. The fat content in the dry weight lies between forty and forty-five per cent. The crust consists of natural mould, which is covered with charcoal powder.
