The lawyer Court of Justice finds its legal basis in "§"§ 100 - 105 Federal Law lawyer order in Germany. According to these regulations the lawyer Court of Justice is established with the higher regional court. If a Land of the Federal Republic has several higher regional courts, then the respective federal state government can determine the establishment also only one lawyer Court of Justice by regulation.
At present there is one lawyer Court of Justice for each Land of the Federal Republic only.
The lawyer Court of Justice is complaint and appeal ("§"§ 142, 143 BRAO) for the lawyer court.
