Lawrence "Larry" H. buzzer (* 30 November 1954 in new Haven, Connecticut) is an US-American professor for economic science.

Buzzer was following from 1991 to 1993 chief economist of the World Bank, Ministers of Finance in the government of Bill Clinton and is since 1 July 2001 president of Harvard University. Attention excited it among other things with its criticism at that rap CD von Cornel west as well as with provokanten statements to women in natural science and technology.
