Larva in European Union is a quality seal, which is established since 2003 by the European Union commission. Model in addition is also those world-wide well-known marking larva in Germany.

Larva in European Union is to be prescribed as marking obligating for European products in place of the national marking. After strong protests by trade associations momentarily a freiwillige marking is considered.
