K.Y. Lee is chairman of the board of the taiwanesischen electronics company BenQ. Before he was among other things vice-president for product marketing with Acer computer, the former nut/mother company of BenQ.

He was trained at that national Taiwan University in Taipeh as the electrical engineer (Bachelor OF Science) and holds a MBA title Swiss institutes for for management development (IMD) in Lausanne.
