Konrad handle (*25. October 1915 in Duesseldorf: "† 24 April 1999 in Duesseldorf) was Industrieller, boss of many years of the handle company and chemist.

The grandfather 1915 born Konrad handle was Fritz handle (1848-1930), which created 1876 handles & Cie in Aachen (since 1878 company headquarters in Duesseldorf). Konrad handle made the Abitur in Duesseldorf and studied afterwards at the technical university Munich chemistry. It changed then to the technical university Braunschweig and later to the University of Freiburg, where it attained a doctorate to 1939.

Between 1939 and 1945 he was busy at the institute for Max-Planck for medical research in Heidelberg and researched there with Richard Kuhn over poisonous gases (Mitentdecker of soman). Starting from 1948 it researched for the handle works within the range chemistry of 1949 of on until 1956 - he was a managing director of the product development of handle and became finally 1956 member of the management of the company center due to the death of his brother became he already 1961 a managing director of the entire company, which he transferred into the company form of a GmbH, 1975 then into a KGaA.1980 separated he from the management, remained however in the supervisory board.

Handle received some honours, among other things the large Distinguished Service Cross in the year 1980 and the honour citizenry of the state capital Duesseldorf 1976.
