That KGB chopping is the name for a set of break-downs into different western computer systems between 1985 and 1989. It was the act of a Hannover group of hackers of the chaos computer club around Karl cook and Markus Hess.
On the regularly taking place hacker Treff in the Hannover restaurant 29 "learned to know Karl cook, who calls itself in the scene Hagbard Celine, 1985 the hacker Dirk Breschinski alias "DOB ".
