Kastner & is a Austrian department store chain. The enterprise decreases/goes back to the 1873 of Carl Kastner and Hermann in Opava/Troppau (today Tschechien) created short trade.

1883 were created the department store in Graz, the today's head office of the enterprise, and converted 1912 to 1914 into one of the then most modern department stores in Europe. From the establishment the enterprise was active also in the Versandhandel, and thus one that world-wide first distributing houses. 1992 were sold this division at Neckermann and renamed of this 1997 in Neckermann dispatch Austria AG.

Today Kastner & operates department stores in bear brook, prince field, Graz, Fohnsdorf, Liezen, Ried in the Innkreis, Spittal to the Drau, Villach and wolf mountain.

Under the mark Gigasport sells Kastner & in own branches sports articles. Gigasport houses are operated except in Austria also in Slovenia, Tschechien and the Slowakei.
