Dr. Karl Stingl (* 29. July 1864 in Mitterteich (Upper Palatinate); "† 9 November 1936 in Munich), was a German engineer and politician of the BVP.

Stingl knocked a career into the Bavarian postal administration. 1912 he was a director of upper post office in land hat, 1919 Ministerialdirektor of the post office department in the Bavarian traffic Ministry. Starting from 1920 Stingl was undersecretary of state in the realm post office Ministry. It was member of the Bavarian people's party. From 1922 to 1923 and from 1925 to 1927 he officiated again as a realm post office Minister.
