Josef Albert Meisinger (* 14 September 1899 in Munich; "† 7. March 1947 in Warsaw executed) was a German Colonel of the police, and war criminal.

The son of Josef Meininger and its wife Berta people visited four classes of the elementary school in Munich, in order to then complete the Luitpoldgymnasium and material High School there. On 23 December 1916 it announces itself as a war kriegsfreiwilliger to a mine launcher replacement battalion. As a SS-candidate it steps to 5. March 1933 into the SS (No. 36,134). Into the Bavarian political police (BayPoPo) it becomes to 9. On 17 December 1946 he is accused with Ludwig Fischer and Max of Daume in Warsaw of war crimes. The highest people's court in Warsaw condemns Meisinger at the 3. March 1947 to death, on which it to 7. March 1947 in Warsaw prisons by the strand is executed.
