John Winston Lennon (late John Winston Ono Lennon) (* 9 October 1940 in Liverpool, England; "† 8 December 1980 in New York, the USA), was an English musician, composer and an author. He was joint founder of the British group of music of The the Beatles, for which he wrote most of the pieces with Paul McCartney.

Life

John Winston Lennon was born on 9 October 1940 in Liverpool. Its parents were Fred (1912 - 1976) and Julia Lennon (geb. Stanley; 1914 - 1958). After his parents had separated 1942, Julia gave its son to its sister Mary Smith, mentioned "to Mimi ", and their man George.
