John Franklin Enders (* 10 February 1897 in west hard Ford, Connecticut, the USA; "† 8 September 1985 in Waterford, Connecticut, the USA) was an US-American micro biologist.

For its discovery of the ability of the Poliomyelitis virus, in cultures of different Gewebstypen to grow kept 1954 it, Frederick Chapman crawl in and Thomas Huckle Weller together the Nobelpreis for physiology or medicine.
