Johanna Dohnal (* 14 February 1939 in Vienna) was a Austrian politician

Dohnal was 1972-79 woman secretary of the Vienna, 1973-79 delegates to the Viennese federal state parliament and member of the Viennese of local council, 1987-95 federal woman chairmen of the 1979-90 state secretary for general woman questions in the Office of the Federal Chancellor, 1990-95 federal minister for affairs of woman.

Dohnal tried to implement particularly by laws and national promotion measures the equal treatment of the woman in practice.
