Johann Jacobs (* May 1869 in Bremen; "† 1958) were the founder of the enterprise Jacobs, which is specialized in the production of coffee and today to Kraft Foods heard.

After its activity as owners of a colonial goods shop it opened its first in Bremen to 1906. To it and its descendant finally succeeded it to remove this enterprise to one of the most well-known coffee manufacturers.

After it the Johann Jacobs museum, a collection is designated for the culture history of the coffee, which his large nephew Klaus J. Jacobs created 1984 in Zurich. It possesses an extensive collection within the ranges painting, graphics, porcelain and silver. Furthermore it maintains one of the libraries most meaning world-wide for the culture history of the coffee.
