Johann Christian August Sponholz (* 1827; "† 1907) were a citizen of Berlin buyer, basic owner and soil speculator.

It parzellierte starting from 1873 the neighboring region of the today's Sponholzstrasse in the citizen of Berlin district beautiful mountain and took part in the construction costses for the rapid-transit railway yard Berlin Friedenau.

It is buried at the southwest cemetery Stahnsdorf (Umbettungen of hereditary funerals 15).

After it in the year 1884 the Sponholzstrasse in Berlin beautiful mountain was designated.
