Jerzy Einhorn (* 26. July 1925 in Czestochowa, Poland; "† 28 April 2000) was a professor for radiotherapy and politician (Kristdemokrat).

It was radium-restrained Dr. med. 1958, private lecturer in radiotherapy at the Karolinska Institut, Stockholm, 1959, upper physician with, the cancer hospital of the Karolinska Institut, and professor for radiotherapy since 1967. Chairman of the European Federation OF CAN cerium Societies starting from 1975. Chairman of the Nobelvereinigung of the Karolinska Institut starting from 1984. Member of Swedish Reichstag (Kristdemokraterna) was it from 1991 to 1994.

Einhorn has its childhood and youth time in Poland in its memoirs with the title Utvald att leva, and how he as one of the few Polish Jews survived the Holocaust, described. He is the father of the authoress Lena Einhorn.
